A horrible experience of a Retailer that thinks it can throw its weight around and getaway with it and that will not happen to me or my family, this ******s establishment continue to harass my mother with regard to het account despite having told Homechoice that i have a mandate from my mom to handle her affairs, HomeChoicenin particular because my parents are uneducated and therefore there is a language barrier that Home Choice have refused to sort out as there is no understanding o my Mother's part as to whats going on with her accout.

Despite this..these *****s form HomeChoice dont send her monthly statements required by the law and they refuse to liase with me regarding this matter even after being informed that i have the mandate.

What HomeChoice must know is that they just declared war on me and my family and im going to make sure that war it is. I will not back down and watch Apartheid Regime styled Retailer disrepect and harras my Mothernor any member of my Family.

Im going to do anything and everything necessary to protect my family agaist this ****** Retail and expose all the shenanigans and facades.
