They know nothing, No Accountability, Nothing

I wonder what you do with the information and documents you collect from us as clients. I had placed an order online and got a call to verify my information and do an affordability check, and uploaded the document. order was not finalised. Ok. I did it again, Placed an order online and got a call to verify my information and do an affordability check, and uploaded the document for the second time. STILL, ODER NOT FINALISED. Did it for the third time but this time I wanted to know why am I required to provide the same info but no order finalised, the consultant and the supervisor by the name Malik, said they do not know. They do not know!! No accountability at all. I give up on this company for its lack of customer satisfaction, service and accountability.
