they dont deliver what the promise(out of stock)

I ordered the towels that they promised to give me another one free but when they deliver they only deliver one I called and they promise me to send me another one, when they deliver the only deliver another thing that they did not promise me. then I called and ask again they promise until today I called and they told me that is out of stock and the is nothing they can do I need to pay for those that they send first and I feel that they just delayed me not to return them in time that why they were promising now they see that the return time has lapsed. first reference *** asanda is the person I spoke to and reference *** phemelo is the person I spoke to and the 3rd 1 I did not take the info down and the last one is reference no *** laeeqa the person I spoke to.
