They do their own thing that we did not agree to

<p>I bought bedding online from Homechoice and opted to pay over 6 months, when it arrive there was an invoice stating that I would pay R130 per month for 6 months as per the online quote. I was then suddenly getting calls that I am to pay R160 per month with no explanation why, when I asked one of their clueless consultants, she said it was for admin costs, why wasn't I told about these costs before??? I read every thing that was given to me and there is nothing about these sudden costs. I then arranged for them to debit my account, they debited me for THREE MONTHS!!!!! I never agreed to pay anything in advance!!!! I want to cancel this agreement because clearly they do NOTHING I ACTUALLY AGREED TO!!!</p>
