They cant resolve my query but they are debiting my account for an undelivered Item

I sent homechoice the affidavit and Id as they requested on the 21/12/2023 to ***** disputes and Leeann Petersen of homechoice and I received an acknowledgment that the matter will be looked into in 24 hours . Today its the 05/01/2024 I have not received no FEEDBACK .

I have been with homechoice for decades but ill be saying GOODBYE because really they do not care about their customers all they think of is sales and money . This matter will be escalated further
