They added the amount to my account and fail to explain why as I didn't make any purchase during that time

They added the amount to my account and fail to explain why as I didn't make any purchase during that time. I requested for the item ordered with no luck. They handed my account over to destroy my record knowing very well I do no owe them. Please check your statements before you fall victims of paying for what you don't owe. I am disappointed 😞
