Thermometer of the lid is gone

Goodday I bought pots from home choice some months ago,the thermometer pat on top of the lid is gone, I called and emailed home choice 20 times, the responded my email by saying they logged the call but even now I’m still waiting,the other day I spoke with one of their rude call center person she said she is gonna log a call they always logging the call but they don’t get back to me please help
