There is no customer service
You sent a technician to check the fridge and the guy came and told us that the sound is normal and that’s how Defy fridge sounds. We told him that there are 3 different sounds that are really weird and no fridge should sound like that, he said we should record it and send the sound and send it. Three days after he came we sent him a video of how that fridge sound and all he ever does is blue tick message and not respond.
The best solution now is to return the appliances and close off the account and refund us!!!

To my surprise they brought a fault fridge AGAIN!!! now every day I'm receiving SMSs from Home choice to pay the account but Fail to resolve an on going issue.
I'm tired of posting and complaining about the same fridge issue. Come take your appliances and refund me and close off the account.
