The Worst Customer Service!!!

The most appalling customer service I have ever come across. A simple request of me wanting to be put through to their HR department ended up being my worst nightmare. They kept on providing me with numbers that were engaged and just could get through to. I also suggested if they aren't willing to give a number they can at least give an email address, you could swear I was stuck in the desert and they were only water supply. It is clear that what was once the most reputable and exceptional company is slowing but surely going down the drain.
