The worst company ever!!!!

I was told that the installment included insurance for the items I'm paying for, the TV is damaged and homechoice is playing a fool, they not even reading my emails they just copying and pasting their response which is very offensive. I understand it's ou of warranty but what about the insurance???? I will settle my entire account and will never purchase anything from these ******** with rude customer service consultants
