The WORST!!

What’s the experience ever with the customer service from home choice I ordered place an order on the 9th of December the 24th of December haven’t received any feedback whatsoever from home that the order was dispatched on the 12 and I’m not sure where this all day sitting it’s been over two weeks now and they are not communicating I’ve sent follow-up send emails as for callbacks I’ve been falling for them to me where the order is very bad I’m not ordering with them ever again just let me know when the order is all they can refund my money this is very unprofessional and people need gift by the 25th and I ordered specifically quite early to get this delivered on time
