The worse experience with home choice

I opened an account with home choice and I ordered duvet covers (was on sale).They gave me the wrong order so I told them and they said I was supposed to return the order on that day so since I've signed there is nothing that they can do,so I accept that but the problem I have now is that the quality is not what I've expected, the duvet covers are changing colour and they have fluffy ..my sister have Homechoice bedding sets so I fell in love with her sets and I decided to open account with Homechoice but I'm not happy at all
