The order which I never received

I am a costumer at home choice I love it, they sell quality I have never encounter any problems with them before, always received my order without any problems..... But this time I'm very disappointed with homechoice😞... to cut a long story short, I recently ordered 3 blankets over the phone I was called by the agent lady telling me that I qualify for that promotion then I placed the order, then after that day I received another call to confirm my order, as days goes by I was expecting home choice to send me the tracking number as per usual, but they never did that, last week at the 4th of November 2021 at 08:23 am I received a massage saying that my homechoice parcel was successfully delivered by the courier, I was so surprised to see that massage because I did not receive that order or signed it for that matter , then I called their customer service today to get some answers they confirmed it that I did receive that order hence I never received it,... I'm very very disappointed and sad at the same time.. thinking that I'm going to pay for what I don't have😭, it's totally wrong!! They need to investigate this matter further I need answers, I want to know who signed for my order, I refuse to get black listed bcos of this whole mess,..
