the most ********* and shady company I ever associated with

I paid off my Homechoice account last year when I realised that they are shady and no longer want to be associated with them. I asked my account to be closed and to be removed from their marketing. I blocked most of their numbers but I still get calls, further more my account is still active. I am going to report them to the credit regulator. They are harassing me and are refusing to close my account although it is paid off. So I have to report them just to show them I want nothing more to do with them.
