The company of *******

I'm extremely frustrated by Homechoice....today I received an email that they were busy preparing my order.I did not place any order and its not happening for the first time .All the orders I have placed ,I did them online but when I enquired about last year's order which I did not place,I was told it was done telephonically.The consultant told me that I would not be able to place orders as they would investigate. I never received any feedback. Today ,history repeated itself.I received an email about another order I did not place .I'm working hard to finish paying them off but they always mess up with the process.Im sick and tired of this company. I'm busy calling but they hang up before I can talk to the consultant. How convenient 🙄
