Wow what amazing service. Firstly I would like to thank Lee Anne in the complaints department for all her help and all the follow up she made. if anyone wondered why their parcel is so late please do not blame homechoice for it. This is because of the courier company. I have placed my order and 4 days later I have received it. Now that is what you call amazing service. Lee Anne that I have dealt with needs a rise and she is truly an asset to your company. She is very understanding and if I ever need anything sorted out I would like to say Lee Anne is the go to girl. She made sure that my parcels from the courier company gets delivered urgently.
