I would like to thank Merle Stuurman from Homechoice who contacted me regarding my complaint lodged. She was very helpful and I am filled with gratitude with her friendliness and helpfulness. Thank you Merle for your kindness. She also took the onus to forward a request to Finchoice I am still waiting for their feedback but am positive that I will be assisted. Thank you once again
