Terrible service from homechoice

I wish hellopeter had an option of no stars. I've received terrible service from homechoice. My parcel PFS***4 is still not delivered to me. I've been continuously contacting homechoice and Fastway couriers with no reply as to why my order is not delivered. There is no way to track my order. I've wasted over R100 airtime trying to contact them. I don't advise anyone to order from homechoice until their delivery policy of 7-14 days is changed. This is totally ridiculous, everywhere else keeps the customer updated and delivers within 5 days, why do homechoice treat us like dogs?. I will put a complaint on every review platform until my order is delivered and delivery policy is changed.
