Terrible Service

I have placed an order weeks ago, my items have not been delivered, only to receive an sms now that the parcel could not be delivered. This delivery didn’t even call to schedule anything prior, I now get to call him he tells me he can’t deliver because today he is doing something else. What ******* is this
