Terrible service

I ordered a Hisense 42" TV from Homechoice, only to receive a Sinotech TV BROKEN screen, I phoned Homechoice, I let them know, I've been waiting for a pick up for over 3 weeks! Everytime I call they tell me to wait for a call for pick up. They told me they phoned me, but I've never received a call from them! I'm very upset with their service!!! I just want them to take their broken TV already!!! #poorservice#homechoice
