Terrible quality of Blankets

My mother bought a 3 range blanket set from them she ordered online when they came she was not satisfied with the quality and the fabric and they were rediculously expensive for them to be of such quality and fabric, now she is calling them now they telling her she will have to take them even though she does not like them. They refuse to take their blankets
