terrible quality
bought a 3 x pack of bedding quilts.paid nearly 3 thousand for them only to see that one has plastic pieces inside.after calling them in cape town they said I must send it back for them to check and I must pay for the delivery and they will refund.DO YOU NOT HAVE A QUALITY CONTROLLER THAT CHECKS THEM BEFORE THEY LEAVE TO THE CLIENT.RATHER BUY FROM SHEET STREET OR MR PRICE HOME.QUALITY YOU CAN CHECK THERE AND THEN AND BE ABLE TO RETURN IT WITH NO ISSUES.

13 Sept 2018, 09:44got a call from the customer care team at HOME CHOICE to be told that we need to send all 3 packs back to Cape Town and they will check the quality and refund.THE ITEM HASNT EVEN BEEN WASHED YET AND THE LABEL ALREADY TEARING OFF.TRUST ME IF I HAD KNOWN THIS I WOULDNT HAVE BOUGHT SUCH ******* QUALITY PRODUCTS OR ANYTHING FROM HOME CHOICE.THEY REALY CAUGHT ME FOR A SUCKER.NEVER EVER WILL I RECOMMENT HOME CHOICE.MAYBE IN 3 MONTHS END UP USING IT AS A GARDEN BLANKET.
