Terrible employees with a lot of lies

A consultant called me to confirm an online order. I asked her if I can please add another item which will take me at least 2 minutes, she refused to stay on the line and said that she will call me before 1pm. The call was at 12:20pm today and 1pm was her closing time. She only said she will call me back because she knew that they were closing and she could get away with my order! When this company ask us for docs, we send it so quick but they don't give the same service. Terrible company, highly not recommendable!
