Terrible customer service I ever experienced

Terrible and worse I think is understatement of the service I got from both Home Choice and City Logistics. I called several times, and no one could assist with my order. What is worse is the service I got from the agent Nosipho and the other male who went silent on me after he answered. Waited for over 5 MINUTES waiting for this to talk to me.
