Terrible customer Service Homechoice

Hello Petee Please help,I orders a Masina blanket box from Homechoice in March,they delivered I Masina headboard set.I logged a call in April with Natasha Har**** from Homechoice for it to be collected as it was an incorrect order.I am now expected to pay for this until they collect it. They not collecting and every time I sent her an email,all she says is that she has logged it with the department.No one calls me back with feedback as to when it will be collected,yet I am expected to pay. I'm very frustrated as no one from Homechoice is helpful in this regard.Natasha does not even go the extra mile to assist me,all she says she has given it to the correct department Please help
