Terrible customer service and will NEVER recommend Homechoice to ANYONE

You deserve less than one star.... We wait for 20 mins on the phone to customer service and when they answer they cannot assist and forward you to accounts who then forward you back to customer service and no one knows what the hell they are doing there.... We paid for our goods yet you cancelled the order?? I sent emails, we have been calling and calling and emailing and nothing... Why dont you just close your doors because your product is not inferior to the rest and will not outweigh the bad customer service that you have going on there. If youre not sending me my orders then pay me back my money, simple.... I need an answer or this will have to be taken further... Very annoyed customer!
