Terrible customer service

Home Choice have the worst customer service ever. I just called their call center and the lady sounded like she didn't feel like talking, was no help at all and she just hung up the phone without even saying goodbye or anything. She made me feel like I'm bothering her and wasting her time. They really need training on dealing with clients. They are very nice when they want you to buy something from them. But so rude when you need help
