Terrible and pathetic service

I ordered the kiddies duvet cover sets last month ..it was delivered however with the wrong order I called them I was told I need to take it to the nearest homechoice...imagine the waste of time and petrol ...I took back the order ..I was told that the credit will be credited back into my account ...till to date nothing has transpired ..I'm getting messages for the new instalment of the items that was taken back ...I'll never pay that money ..and I want this resolved ...that money must be credited back and that instalment to be changed ..failure I'll report this to the NCR this is an unfair practice
