Suspended for no reason and Commission not paid

I have been working for Homechoice from 2018 as a sales agent. Just recently in June 2021 they just suspended us with immediate effect, no notice and were not paid our commission as they said our customers stopped paying accounts ontime and some are not paying well . As most companies Homechoice should have a debt collectors department , as my job is to look for new qualifying customers. Their telemarketing department is the one that calls the customers we bring and offer them more credit and at the end of the day when clients are over indebted and cant pay they blame it on sales agents and say its our clients not paying. As an agent again i cant buy from homechoice as our names are now flagged as a suspect.
