Surprised by homechoice

I tried to buy something from homechoice and I was told under no secumstances will they ever sell anything to me. I had an account with them before but I didn't pay them right but I paid them eventually I told them I don't want a credit I want to buy cash coz my name is not clean but they still refuse to sell me anything. I was told the only way I can ever buy from them is if I use somebody else's name. Wow they refused my money. I am shocked I didn't know there was a business that can still refuse cash. I learned something new today.
