Sucky service/no service

I wont recommend this ISP. We app**** for Fibre. No delivery of the router. Our request was “cancelled” by Octotel according to them. I dont believe it thoug because they cant be borthered to give any feedback subsequently. We now sent a email cancelling our application. If their service is this bad on a new application... i dont want to know how it will be if your signed up!
