struggling to get my refund

I bought some items from homechoice however i cancelled my order and i am struggling to get my refund ,i wrote on hellopeter last week then homechoice contacted me they advised that i will get my refund last week Friday. Now i called and they changing the tune saying that i will get my refund within 7 to 14 working days.I want my refund today i cant wait any longer as they are giving me a hustle.I want to close all communications with homechoice today.
