Stop phoning me!

How do i get you guys to STOP phoning me???? you have phoned me about 20 times each time i ask that my number be removed only to be called again. i have blocked the number then get phoned from a different number. PLEASE JUST STOP. I am not one of your clients and never will be only for the fact you cant follow a simple requesr.
