Stop messing with my credit record

I've had a Home Choice account for a couple of years now. I have a healthy open to buy "credit avail" and recently paid it up, but for some reason for the last couple of months (September, twice in October and November) Home Choice has been making hard inquiries on my credit record thus negatively affecting me because it looks like I am applying for credit with them. I need Homechoice to stop accessing my credit recordwithout my permission and update the mess that they have caused. It is negatively affecting my bond application.
