stinking service ever

I placed an oder on line on the 22 November 2017.and I payed cash for my oder.I waited for delivery for almost 2 weeks, but my delivery ddnt arrive.then I called them to find out about my delivery and they told me it hasn't been dispatch.imagine waiting for 2 weeks but still my order hasn't been dispatched,they told me I'll get an sms when the delivery is ready.the nxt day I received an sms from them telling me that I must expect delivery within 3 to 5 weeks.like how crazy is that.then I called them back same time to cancel the order.when I was calling there was a coloured lady that drop my call 3 times until I got to a different consultant called Nokwanda on the 5th of December.she helped me with cancelling my order then log a request for my refund. Then she told me the refund will happen within 7 days. Guess wat I'm still waiting for my refund and today is the 15th of December and the request wS logged on the 5th.HOMECHOICE PLEASE JUST PAY BACK MY MONEY.I'M JUST TIRED OF YOUR PETHERICK, STINKING,BAD SERVICE
