Still waiting on order to be rectified

I spoke to Lee-ann yesterday regarding order ********** 2. She told me the order was sorted yet I still see online the amount was not adjusted and even though I made the payment Thursday morning and it shows online , my order still shows awaiting payment confirmation. This shows me it hasn't been sorted
