Still waiting for someone to come fetch my TV

I bought a tv from home choice in October 2019 and it was working just fine , after a few months the Tv stopped working and I reported it with Home choice almost four months back

They told me that they will be sending someone over to come fetch it and till this day I am waiting , however when it comes paying the account they are very fast to call me every month
