Still waiting

Good Day just wanted to say that homechoice sucks. I ordered in November made payment already same day and to date still did not receive my parcel. i sent several emails for someone to make contact with me to track my parcel but to date no call either. i just dont understant they call you everyday when u dont want to buy anything now that i request that someone calls me to confirm i cannot get anyone to come back to me. I Kdont think i want to buy anything from homechoice again. Service suck can i really be waiting for almost 2 months when the waiting period is suppose to be a week or 2.:(
