I have a complaint about Home choice. A consultant called me selling a washing machine which I accepted because the offer was so good I loved it. Unfortunately the sale was a lie , the guy who called me by the surname of Van Der Merwe had **** saying the are going to install my washing machine once it has been delivered. My payment is going to be from Jan 20th 2024 the call was in November. December Debit order went off my acc and I called in surprised by the debit order going off. I told them to take their washing machine because of misselling they said there was no such special like that then it means the guy was pushing his sales. The consultant I called said to return the machine I have to sent 3 pictures by whatsapp which I did …. Til today I have the ashing machine they haven’t collected the machine…. Everytime I call they tell me about the couriers are on the way now 23/01/2024 second debit went off. Please assist I don’t need that washing machine.
