Still poor service

From the day i made the order i received 3 items one whom i used a transport service to collect. Still alot of items oustanding. Comforter sets was promised when the transport company collect. I received 2 parcel numbers of which i received only one parcel one on collection. I paid a transport company out of my own pokket and received only one parcel. I called homechoice promises of calling me back was made second day still nothing. Cant believe this i thought service would be better if courier service deliveres fact is it is even worse my packages got canceled 3 times already because my packages end up en JHB instead of my residance in western cape and then i have to reorder all over again whereas to some of the items not even available enymore
