Still awaiting delivery

I had placed an order for a bed on the 7th January, the sale was concluded and I had a follow up all that the bed would be delivered in 7-10 days.

I received a text on Saturday 16th advising that they are on their way to delivery, needless to say, no bed was delivered.

I sent an email on Monday, advising the above and the agent asked if I come fetch the parcel.. LOL.

I called in and the agent advised, it has been given over to the courier, its on its way yesterday,

As I type this, I am still without a bed and the first debit is set to go off in a few days.
