Still a delay of credit profile update.....

Again this a follow up from my side,why Homechoice does not close my account on the credit bureaus.My account is paid up and my request to you was, just to close and remove it .I posted a review on the 01 Jul 2021, 17:38,and since then there wasnt any changes made on the credit bureaus.The last update was in 2019??? Yet you keep telling me it has been resolved????Again i ask, just close and remove it from the credit bureau!
