*****ing Money and not Delivering Orders.

Homechoice is by far the most useless and pathetic service in existence. They should be embarrassed to call themselves a business, more like a circus if you ask me and even that is a compliment.

We placed an order via the Homechoice website on the 7th of June 2020, almost a month later our order is nowhere to be found. According to Homechoice the order was shipped to the Couriers but after that all you get is silence. When trying to phone Homechoice for assistance all you get is dismissed and told that it's no longer their problem as they package is at the couriers. There is also no response when sending complaint mails to them.

Homechoice is very quick to take money off your account but when you actually want your order they are deaf, dumb and blind, and just ignore clients.

So in actual fact Homechoice has ****** our money as our order has not been received and nobody knows where it is either? I suggest that Homechoice either produces the order or refund our payment in full immediately.
