STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ITS NOT WORTH IT

So I have an account with Homechoice, I pay my account before the due date every month. Never ever missed a payment. The first issue I have is that this company fluctuates your credit limit monthly, based on your Experian credit score. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS IN MY LIFE. This process creates a problem with my credit score. As they are doing checks without my knowledge and permission. They are also reflecting lower credit limit on credit profiles which technically lowers your score and damages your credit scores. I further received a call from them today to ask me when I'm paying my account for December. My response was before the due date on your statement. The agent wants to know if I can pay by the 16th as that's when I usually pay my account and apparently I will get busy and forget. This is RIDICULOUS. I also read the reports on this platform and I am extremely afraid to continue dealing with them as I believe they also sell inferior quality products at exorbitant price's. I would advise to please be cautious when dealing with this company.
