Stay away from Homechoice

The service or lack thereof at Homechoice is quite disgusting. I spoke to an agent of theirs 2 months ago and was advised to make a payment of R270 which I was told was my balance. I then recieved an sms last week that I am owing R48-00. Today again I get an sms that I am owing another R33-00. After all the payments I have made towards this account with the communication I got from the agents, I am convinced that Homechoice is dragging their feet in allowing me to fully settle their account and close it.

Had I known that supporting such a brand that is not concerned about having satisfied clients, I wouldn't have even opened this account
