Spam calls daily

I made the mistake of making a purchase once from Homechoice, now I am spammed on a daily basis with at least 2 calls and periodically receive SMSs as well.

I've asked one of the agents calling to remove me from database but still. I've blocked numbers on Truecaller but for some reason I still receive calls.
