I have never heard of such pathetic customer service in my life. I place an order on the 3rd of October 2021, heard absolutely nothing until the 31st when I was sent an sms saying that my parcel will be delivered before 6pm, at the time of delivery I was not home, no one called me, no one texted me, had my neighbour not told me that a bakkie was here I would not have known. Unfortunately this was on a Sunday and Homechoice is closed on Sunday's so I couldn't call anyone, the Monday 1 November was a public holiday I still couldn't call, Tuesday morning the courier came to deliver the free gift that comes with the actual item I ordered and he says to me they will be back tomorrow with the item, the next day no one comes and I call and speak to a Stephanie, who tells me that if the courier gets to your address and no one is home the order is returned to the warehouse and the client has to reorder lol I have never heard such BS in my life, she then says let me confirm with my team leader, she calls back and says the status of the order says removed from manifest she will contact the courier to find out when they will redeliever, her contacting the courier or delievery department meant send an email, the next day which is today I call again because no one has called me yet and I speak to a Ongeziwe call *** and she starts off by telling me the same ******* about when no one is home the order is returned and cancelled and then after my flipping she says I will confirm with my TL, she comes back and says there is still no feedback from the delievery department, the only way of contacting them is via email, this is utterly disgusting, the best Homechoice can tell me right now is we don't know, where is my order I don't know but yet my account has been debited, the worst customer service!
