SHUTDOWN HOMECHOICE

My mom bought something at homechice only to find out that it was not what she had ordered and never took her order at maponya mall. Now she receives calls from agents harassing her and swearing at her. I then called headoffice thinking that they will handle this matter still nothing. They still calling insisting that she took that order and we even went at maponya mall and the consultants they run around like headless chickens. For us it means that they sign out parcels and they will do ********** with custumers details. Or give give out parcels and say customer collected order. This company needs to be shutdown. They are unprofessional and they don't care or listen to the customers and those Xhosa ladies are the worst .
