Shockingly pathetic

So after placing my first order with Homechoice in November and receiving my first order in December I followed the necessary steps to let Homechoice know I did not receive my order in full. I even paid my December bill in good faith. As the months went on i fielded calls from Homechoice 6 days a week sometimes twice a day. A different agent everyday with me explaining the same story every day and no solution. I even spoke to a team leader on one Saturday and still no solution. Collections tells me they going to put me in the Customers Services Queue only to have collections call me again the next day. This went on from January up until the end of March. I then received a SMS stating the matter is closed and I have been credited and that is it. No amounts or what has been credited NOTHING!!! NO calls after that. Middle to the end of April it started again. The calls everyday which I answer when I am able to since its mostly while I am at work. I then state could I please get a statement so that I can see what is happening on the account since the SMS said very little and can they explain what was credited. No statement. The 8th of May a woman calls me by the name of Chantel I tell her the story and she then explains what is happening and for the first time in 4 months answers me and understands. I then let her know I will be making payment and I ask that she calls me today the 10th of May to get my banking details and create a debit order. After finally getting somewhere I get a sms today saying my account has been handed over.....imagine my surprise!!!!

So for 4 months I took calls for what? I spoke to all that people for what? Is the staff merely coming to work for a pay check and not to sort out the customers? This has been an absolute nightmare. People should be aware of the extremely pathetic service and staff....

This is my account number hopefully someone was competent enough to make notes ********** 82

GOSH!!!
