Shocking Service

I am really disappointed in the service from homechoice. Three weeks ago I placed an order for a item that I wanted to buy from them. Two weeks after placing the order I phoned them to enquire when my order will be delivered I was advised that they did not have stock on the item and that it will be send out in 3 to 5 weeks. So on Tuesday morning at 08:06 I get an SMS from them saying that my order has been dispatched and ot will be delivered within a couple of days. It has been 3 working days and still no delivery. I phoned them, first I go through to some guy that cant speak english and make me wait two minutes so that he can finish listening to he song, to speak to me. Then I phone 3 times again and every time I get through to someone they just drop the call, finally after the 5th attempt I managed to speak to Ntombi, that was fast a sleep, who advised me that the order has only been dispatched yester day and is currently with the courier still and it will take 7 to 14 days for the delivery. Clearly homechoice should not be a choice at all. They should shutdown and send all their staff for training, as some that have 13 years of call center experience it is shocking to see that people still do business like they do in todays world. I will be settling my account with them and dont want any thing to do with them again and 3 I will make sure that the whole of South Africa know about how bad their service is and that should not use them at all.
